RETURN INFORMATION

 

Because the majority of our materials are time-sensitive, refunds are limited.  Full refunds will be granted only on current-year materials returned in sellable condition within 30 days of purchase.  Please package your return in such a way that your materials are returned to us in sellable condition; do not use Postal Media Mail.

 

  • Returns received after 30 days of purchase will be assessed a 10% re-stocking fee.
  • Materials ordered in or from previous years are non-refundable and items received will be discarded.
  • Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Your return will be refunded via your original payment whenever possible. Check refunds can be expected within 4-8 weeks of your return being processed. Credit card refunds will be processed the same day as your return.  If you need new items, please place a new order.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

 

If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify Customer Service at the number listed above.

 

RETURN PROCEDURES

 

When returning merchandise, please use the Return Form included with your order. This form is also available on our website, or you can call us to have a copy emailed to you.  Please complete all of the fields legibly and accurately.  Check the Sales Receipt that came with your order to determine the necessary information to complete your Return Form.  If you no longer have your Sales Receipt, feel free to contact Customer Service for assistance.

 

After completing your form, simply cut out the Return Label provided at the bottom right-hand corner of your Return Form and affix it to your return. This will serve as the address label for your box/package.

 

Materials being returned need to be packed securely to assure they will remain in sellable condition. Please do not use Postal Media Mail.

 

FOR EXCHANGES:  Please place a new order, as your return will be refunded as outlined above.
